Welcome to Hard Rock Cafe Osaka
HARD ROCK CAFE OSAKA
Est. January 17, 1992
Osaka Castle was built by Japan`s “Shogun” Hideyoshi Toyotomi in 1585 and nowadays the park surrounded the castle is the largest resting place of its kind in the world. Located less than 5 kilometers from Hard Rock Cafe Osaka, this famous castle is a majestic urban oasis in every season. This sense of tradition and history permeates the very fabric of this ancient city, and Hard Rock Cafe Osaka projects a tradition and history all its own. Our cafe is located in a former bank site in Honmachi, and the interior includes unique elements like an original bank vault that’s been transformed into a private bar.
COMBINING OLD & NEW
Experience a little Japanese tradition at the Hard Rock Cafe Osaka. To capture the spirit of the old and the new that makes Osaka such a vibrant metropolis in the Kansai area of Japan, our cafe features memorabilia from rock days past and present, including Paul McCartney’s Ovation six-string guitar, Elvis Presley’s black karate-gi, and Madonna’s faux fur Versace coat from the New York Fashion Show in 1997. Delicacies are available in abundance from our world-renowned menu that combines the Oriental with the Occidental, a notable Osaka characteristic. Our familiar pink Cadillac above the front doors is as traditional a symbol to the people of Osaka as Shogun Hideyoshi`s hallowed spot.
